These organic herbal bath bags from Hedgerow Herbals contain relaxing, anti-depressant lavender, calming chamomile, St John’s Wort (helpful for anxiety and tension), and oats with demulcents which are good for skin care. Scented with pure lavender essential oil.
Directions:- Steep the bath bag in hot running bath water and relax in the bath for ten minutes. (If a stronger infusion is preferred, put bag in a teapot, add boiled water, let stand for 5 minutes and add all to bath water.) For external use only.
