Dispatch
All orders are processed within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to dispatch your order within 48 hours. When your order is dispatched we will send you an e-mail to let you know that it’s on it’s way. If there is going to be a delay in dispatching your order we will let you know as soon as possible.
If any item on your order is unfortunately out of stock we will let you know as soon as possible with an estimated time to delivery. We will then dispatch all the other items on your order and the out of stock item when it arrives. (We won’t charge for the 2 deliveries, your original delivery charge will still apply).
We won’t take payment for your order until it is dispatched.
We have made every effort to make our packaging as eco friendly as possible. For more information about the packing materials that we use please see our Packaging Policy.
Delivery
Most orders are delivered using Royal Mail and the charges are based on the total weight of your order. The charges are calculated with each item you add to the basket so that you have a clear idea of what you are paying.
Our default is First Class post (1 – 2 Days) for parcels up to 1.25kg and then Standard Parcel post (3 – 5 Days) over 1.25kg and DHL Courier over 2kg. If you want to have the parcel sent by Second Class post (2 – 4 Days) or by Special Next Day delivery, these options are available in your basket where the carriage will be re-calculated for you.
Special Next Day orders must be received by 1pm for same day dispatch. Orders received after 1pm will be sent the following working day.
If you have a Tracking code for a Royal Mail parcel you can trace it on the Royal Mail Website at www.royalmail.com
For courier deliveries, please note that orders placed before 9am will be dispatch the same day, orders received after 9am will be dispatch on the next working day.If you have a tracking code for a DHL Parcel (it will start with JD00 022 etc) you can trace it either on the DHL website at http://track.dhl.co.uk/tracking/ or you can ring them on 0870 2400555.
We offer free delivery on all orders over £55 and a maximum postage charge of £4.95, unless you opt for Special Next Day delivery.
Dependent on the weight of a parcel, Free Delivery orders will be dispatched by 1st Class, Standard Parcel or, if over 2Kg, by DHL Courier.
Due to the nature of some goods we are required to use a courier for delivery
At the moment we can only deliver to address’ in the UK.
Returns
Should you wish to return any item to us please let us know by e-mail or phone within 14 days of delivery so that we can arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Please note that a few items are delivered directly from our suppliers. In these cases the price includes delivery and items are dispatched direct to you within 5 days of receipt of order. Any other remaining items on your order will be sent separately as per our usual delivery procedure above.
